Telford straddles the Bucks and Montgomery County line — the borough is split between the two, and it borders Souderton so closely that the two share a downtown corridor along Route 113. It is about seven miles from our Quakertown office, which puts it among the nearest Montgomery County towns we serve and squarely in the part of the Indian Valley we know best.

Because it sits on the line, Telford homeowners sometimes assume they are outside one contractor's area or another's. Not ours. Both sides of the borough, along with West Rockhill Township to the north and Franconia to the south, are inside our core service area.

Telford's older streets near the rail line and Main Street carry the same early-1900s brick twins and singles as Souderton, with the same shared rooflines and aging wood trim. Newer streets on the edges of the borough and into the townships bring 1960s ranches and 1980s–90s developments, many now on their second roof and first siding replacement.
