Harleysville is not a borough — it is the village at the center of Lower Salford Township, where Route 63 (Main Street) and Route 113 meet — and it is about 12 miles from our Quakertown office by way of Route 309 and the Sumneytown corridor. The Harleysville name covers a wide area of township neighborhoods, from the older village core to the developments that filled in the farmland around it.

Harleysville is squarely in the part of Montgomery County we serve most, alongside Souderton, Telford, and Lansdale. The larger lots and newer housing here mean bigger roofs and more siding per home than in the boroughs, and the open ground means the wind gets a clear run at all of it.

Most of Harleysville was built from the 1980s onward: two-story colonials and larger single-family homes on generous lots, along with townhome communities and a scattering of much older farmhouses and village homes near Main Street.
